Joel Jeske, The Joy Meister, is an award winning family entertainer with over 25 years experience. He is a one-man variety show: Comedian, juggler, mime, magician, musician, puppeteer, stilt walker, and clown.
Joel began his career touring as a clown with Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus and has been seen in film, on television, and on Broadway. Joel has toured and created material for Cirque Du Soleil and was the physical comedy consultant for SpongeBob Squarepants: The Musical. He performed, toured, and taught for over 17 years with New York’s very own Big Apple Circus. The Joy Meister loves New York! Joel is currently on staff at four New York hospitals as clown doctor Dr. Yadontsay with the non-profit Healthy Humor.
Joel’s interactive characters and custom themed shows are equally at home at large corporate events and private family gatherings. His entertainment philosophy is simple: The shortest distance between two people is a laugh.
